Case Studies

Digital marketing requires a lot of work and knowledge to reach succesful results. These are just a few examples among many success stories.

Vale do Lobo

The Challenge

The client’s challenge was to increase awareness and achieve various specific objectives (mostly of a commercial nature) in the areas of real estate, golf, holiday rentals, events and branding, by creating highly targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram.

Work Done

Dozens of segments were created, in various countries, according to the nature of the objectives to be achieved and the respective area (real estate, golf, holidays, events and branding). After creating the segments, campaigns were developed to increase followers on social networks, newsletter subscriptions, qualified traffic to the website and remarketing. New campaigns are created every month, taking into account the commercial needs of each moment.

Results

The results achieved in one year were: a 100% increase in followers on social networks, 19 million ad views, 300,000 qualified visits to the website, a 60% increase in property sales, among many other encouraging results.

Vilamoura

The Challenge

The client’s challenge was to increase awareness and obtain leads in the luxury property sector by creating highly targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google/Youtube Ads.

Work Done

A very attractive new website was developed and dozens of digital marketing campaigns were created, in various countries/target markets, with the aim of obtaining highly qualified leads. Campaigns were also developed to increase followers on social media, branding and remarketing. New campaigns are created every month, taking into account the commercial needs of each moment.

Results

The results achieved in 9 months were: more than 2,500 highly qualified leads for luxury property, a 70% increase in followers on social networks, 16 million ad views, 300,000 qualified visits to the website, among other encouraging results.

Keller Williams

The Challenge

Keller Williams is the world’s largest real estate network. KW Ábaco, located in Lisbon, called on my services with the aim of using an integrated digital marketing strategy to increase awareness and obtain qualified leads to recruit new property consultants to join the team.

Work Done

Several landing pages were built according to the specifics of communication with each target segment. I also developed Google Ads search campaigns and Facebook/Instagram Ads for leads, clicks to the website, remarketing, newsletter subscribers and increasing Facebook page followers. All digital marketing campaigns have been conceptualised in such a way as to communicate specifically to each target segment.

Results

In 3 years of work, the adverts have been viewed more than 6 million times; there have been more than 35,000 clicks to the website; more than 2,000 qualified leads have been obtained; more than 100 new property consultants have joined.

Hospital de Loulé

The Challenge

Hospital de Loulé is a private hospital group with four health centres in the Algarve. The aim of digital marketing was to raise the profile of the various medical services among the Portuguese population living in the Algarve, as well as the segment of foreigners living in the region.

Work Done

Google Ads search campaigns were set up, using keywords from the various areas of medical services offered by the hospital. The campaigns were targeted only at the Algarve region and used 2 languages. Facebook/Instagram Ads campaigns were also prepared to increase brand awareness among the relevant population.

Monte Góis

The Challenge

Monte Góis is a touristic rural property with very favourable characteristics for benefiting from exposure through digital marketing. The client’s objectives were to increase direct bookings, reduce seasonality, increase turnover and control online reputation.

Work Done

An attractive website was developed, with a booking engine, incentives to make direct bookings and optimisation for search engines. Highly targeted traffic campaigns, increased followers and remarketing on Facebook/Instagram and keyword-activated adverts on Google were then created. A content strategy was also created for social media, the blog, influencers and newsletters. And finally, automated email marketing to control reputation and obtain repeat bookings. This is a strategy that requires a lot of work on a monthly basis.

Results

In 3 years of work, direct bookings have risen from 10% to over 90%; 50,000 new followers have been gained on Facebook and Instagram; turnover has increased by 60%; online reputation is above excellent on various platforms; adverts have been viewed 29 million times and have directly brought 800,000 qualified visits to the website.
